Why DoneRight Exists
Small businesses are essential. They are the most human part of the economy. They employ our neighbours, anchor our communities, and make the daily decisions where values either live or don't. We believe the mechanism of business is one of the most powerful levers for change, and that smaller business is where the lever actually moves.
Often those trying hardest to do right often carry the heaviest load: more standards to meet, more evidence to produce, more systems to maintain, usually with no one spare to maintain them.
DoneRight exists to make it easier to do the right thing.

If you're already doing the work of a B Corp,
BeReady makes it easier to be recognized.
The new B Corp standard is independently audited, has to be maintained year after year, and runs to well over a thousand pages that shift depending on your size and sector. The work didn't get harder. Proving it did.
BeReady is built for 1–50 employee businesses. It works out which requirements actually apply to you, captures evidence from the systems you already use, and keeps that record current between audits, so readiness builds quietly out of the work you're already doing.

A Note from the Founder
I spent my childhood in my father's upholstery shop. I grew up seeing firsthand what it takes to run a small business. I started DoneRight after noticing a widening gap between increasingly complex business tools and the practical realities of small service operators.
Too often, capable business owners either neglect essential business activities or are forced to wrangle systems that feel disconnected from how they actually work.
DoneRight is my commitment to building something different — technology that strengthens the people doing the work, rather than adding to their burden.
