Built around the new B Corp standards, BeReady provides clarity, ease and support, and integrates with the tools you already use... quietly turning everyday business into B Corp readiness.
Built for 1-50 employee businesses • Aligned with the B Corp Standard
BeReady is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a substitute for B Lab or B Impact. B Corp Certification is obtained only through B Lab's authorized process. Features shown are under development unless stated otherwise.
The bar was replaced. And it's been raised. Three major shifts make the new standard heavier for a small team.
Certification is now independently audited, so an outside reviewer looks at your evidence directly.
It's a management system to maintain, not a project with an end date. You must prove progress yearly.
Well over a thousand pages that scale by size and sector. Working out what applies is a job in itself.

"Doing the right thing should be easier to do."
We don't want you to learn a new system. We want the work you're already doing to generate the outcomes you need — automatically, in the background.
Between automatically capturing relevant data from your existing systems to providing easy ways for your team to flag data as relevant to certification, BeReady blends into your existing workflow to minimize the effort needed to get the job done.
Also, BeReady guides you through the whole process, clearing up ambiguity with plain guidance and capturing evidence from what you already do. The tool works inside your business, not alongside it.
| The Standard Now REQUIRES | BeReady Solution |
|---|---|
| A baseline met in all 7 impact areas. Strengths can't cover gaps. | Tracks every topic and shows where each one stands, so nothing slips. |
| Finding which of 134 requirements apply to your size & sector. | Business Profile scopes the standard down to your focused, relevant list. |
| Traceable, dated evidence that an auditor can review directly. | Captures evidence as you work and stores it in one accessible location. |
| Measurable progress every year, not a one-time effort. | Runs year-round, keeping you ready between audits instead of scrambling. |
| That you meet each requirement well even though what "good" looks like is often unclear. | Plain-language guidance for every requirement, a worked example, and a template you can adapt so you're never staring at a blank page. |
| Measurable progress every year, not a one-time effort before recertification. | Runs in the background year-round, keeping you ready between audits instead of scrambling before each one. |
| The size and complexity of the new standard requires you to correctly interpret requirements that were written for every kind of company. | The Evidence Builder and The AI Assessor translate what a requirement actually means for a business your size, so you stop guessing at what's being asked. |
| Certification is a multi-year process which is easily impacted by staff changes and lost institutional memory. | Your evidence and its full history live in the system, not in one person's head, so certification doesn't walk out the door if or when someone leaves. |
Not on top of it.

Safe AI Agents
Specially trained AI advisors to answer questions whenever they arise.
Deeply versed in B Corp's current standards — what each requirement asks for, how the pieces fit together, and where the bar sits.
Knows your evidence inside out — what you've collected, what each piece supports, where it came from, and how prepared you are today.
Both are AI advisors, built to be knowledgeable in their area, honest about what they don't know, and there to support your judgment — never to replace it, and never a substitute for B Lab's certification. They help you decide; nothing enters your readiness record until you approve it.
The Assessor knows what's true about the standard. The Archivist knows what's true about you. Put them together and you don't just see where you stand today — you can think a few moves ahead: what to gather, what to shore up, and what it would realistically take to reach a strong, audit-ready position. A manageable path instead of a guess.
Auto-Capture
AutoCapture connects to your drives and folders, finding evidence buried in the records your business already produces. AI suggests; you decide.
AI identifies relevant content across all 7 impact areas automatically.
You choose exactly which folders or drives are accessible. No blanket permissions.
It runs on a schedule. It only touches what you explicitly share. And nothing enters your records until a human approves it.
"Your B Corp story is already written in your day-to-day operations. AutoCapture helps BeReady find it for you."
Data Sovereignty
Where your data lives, and who can reach it, is part of the same promise as everything else we build: your data is yours. We take that all the way down to the ground it sits on.
Stored, processed, even the AI — all on Canadian-owned infrastructure, under Canadian law. Your evidence is never shipped to a US provider to be read.
Because your data isn't held by US companies, American data-access laws like the CLOUD Act have nothing to compel.
We stay away from the US hyperscalers on purpose. It's the harder, costlier for us, but it's important that you have a tool that doesn't rely on the tech giants.
Our Data Sovereignty initiative is simply another expression of our commitment to treat your data with the same care and respect that you treat your customers with.
You've earned it, but V2.2 demands ongoing proof. BeReady keeps you current.
BeReady keeps your evidence current, tracks improvement, and ensures your next assessment starts from strength.Committed to certification but dreading the prep and mountain of gathering.
You believe in the movement but have no bandwidth to find out where you stand.
BeReady gives you a live picture of your impact readiness, built from the work you're already doing. Our Invitation

The DoneRight Difference
Like you, we believe small businesses can be a powerful force for good in any community.
The B Corp movement exists because some businesses decided to be accountable for more than profit. We built BeReady because those businesses deserve tools that match their ambition; tools that reduce the burden of assuming greater responsibility.
Our approach is inspired in part by indigenous values: that durable wealth is relational wealth, and resilient businesses should be in service to everything and everyone they depend on. That is it say that we take our relationships seriously, and we believe your success is our success.
BeReady will support and track your readiness year-round for about the monthly cost of one hour of consulting.
Full pricing publishes at launch. Early access members get the lowest pricing we'll ever offer, locked for life.

No. B Corp certification still happens through B Lab's official B Impact platform — and it should. BeReady prepares your data and documentation so completing the official assessment is faster, more accurate, and far less painful. Think of us as the year-round preparation layer.
Yes. The old points score is gone, replaced by firm requirements you must meet in each of seven impact areas. You can no longer lean on a strong area to cover a weak one. Certification is now checked by an independent third-party auditor rather than self-reported, and you're expected to show measurable progress every year. It's a real shift, which is why even established B Corps are working through what it means for them.
From your Business Profile. You answer a few questions about your size, sector, and where you operate, and BeReady narrows the full standard down to the requirements that actually apply to your business — then presents them in the Evidence Builder as a single, color-coded dashboard, each with guidance, a worked example, and a template.
That's one of the situations it's most useful for. Recertification now means meeting the new standard, with its audit and continuous-improvement expectations. BeReady helps you see where your existing practices already line up, where the new requirements open gaps, and what to do about them — so the transition is steady rather than a surprise at recertification.
No one honestly can... certification is decided by B Lab and an independent auditor. What BeReady does is remove the avoidable reasons businesses struggle: not knowing which requirements apply, not knowing what "good" looks like, and arriving at the audit with disorganized evidence. It makes you as prepared as you can be; the decision stays with the auditor.
QuickBooks at launch. Additional integrations will follow based on user demand.
Not at all. Many early users are B-curious businesses that want to understand where they stand and track improvement over time — without committing to a certification timeline. BeReady is useful at every stage of the B Corp journey.
A few minutes per week, declining over time as BeReady learns your business. Our review queue is designed to surface only what genuinely needs a human eye — everything we can handle automatically, we do.
Yes — and this is an area we're actively developing with our early partners. BeReady is designed to route the right tasks to the right people, so B Corp readiness becomes a shared team practice rather than one more thing the owner carries alone.
Yes. We connect to accounting platforms using read-only API access — we cannot make changes to your accounts. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We will never sell your data. That is a founding commitment, not just a policy.
AutoCapture only accesses what you explicitly connect. When you set it up, you choose the specific folders, drives, or email labels you want it to read — nothing else is ever scanned. You can revoke access to any source at any time, pause scheduled scans, and review a complete log of everything it has processed. Your files are never used to train AI models. That is a founding commitment, not a policy.
We're building BeReady to keep your data in Canada as much as possible — stored on infrastructure run by Canadian-owned providers, with AI processing and email infrastructure chosen the same way, and deliberately off the major US cloud platforms. The aim is to keep your records under Canadian jurisdiction and outside the reach of foreign data-access laws like the US CLOUD Act. For a business handing over financials, HR records, and policies, we think where your data lives should be a feature, not an afterthought.
They are AI advisors built into BeReady to be valuable resources. The Archivist knows your evidence collection — it can find records, surface documentation, and help you understand what you have and where it came from. The Assessor knows the B Corp certification framework — it can evaluate your gaps, respond to "what if" questions about business decisions, and help you think strategically about your path to certification.
Both are AI language models. They're well trained to be highly knowledgeable in their subject area, honest about what they don't know, and designed to support your judgment — not replace it.
We're targeting a 2027 Q1 release. Early access members and founding partners are first in.
